Welcome Statement

Hi Creating Wellness Class,

I am very excited to be in this class because since we started I have already learned new information that I can apply in my life. Well, this blogging thing is new to me but I am willing to learn new things. When this class is over I think we will have learned and learn new things about ourselves. Like we are not perfect. God did not make us to be perfect. If we was perfect we would not need him. I am glad I have the chance to grow and learn with you:)

    I have never blogged before so this is new to me too. Glad to have you in the class as well. I have had our Professor before and she is a great teacher and I learned alot from my Stress Management class with her before and have truly applied it to my life. Good luck in your future and in the class...I will be "seeing" you soon.

    Since I have been doing this blogging for a couple of days I have enjoyed it. It is a nice way to keep in touch with the professor and classmates. I am glad to hear that you had the Professor so far and enjoy her class. So, for I have enjoyed it and have learned new important things to help me. Thanks a lot.   3. Hi Kaliasha , I too love learning about other cultures, people are fascinating. My family is like the saying "Heinz 57" we represent several different cultures, nationalities, and religious beliefs. The name of my blog is like I am. I always want to see every aspect of each situation and the whys? Your name is quite unusual, but very pretty, does your name have a meaning? My name is biblical named for the rose of Sharon. Kaliasha I really enjoy the relaxation exercise and I am also enjoying this class, because it teaches us that we need to take better care of ourselves and learn to relax, We need to relax just for 30 minutes or an hour you will feel better, think clearer and you will say to your self I can do this. So let us try to enjoy life more and sit the stress in the trash can and just laugh out loud and enjoy life.
